Highlights
Programming

The Mark Goodier Morning Show from 10am until 1pm continues to attract the big names for his Take Five guest feature. In recent weeks Mark’s VIP guest list has included jovial stage and TV personality Christopher Biggins, former Doobie Brother Michael McDonald, singing legend Johnny Mathis and star hypnotherapist Paul McKenna.

Martin Collins on Smooth Radio Drivetime has also entertained a string of personalities in his Six@Six hour, where the stars choose the songs. We have enjoyed the music choices and stories from our newest on air presenter GM TV’s Fiona Phillips, 10CC’s Graham Gouldman, composer and producer Mike Batt, sportsman and jungle celebrity Rodney Marsh, and politician Tony Benn.

On the Saturday Late Show Mike Allen enters the twilight zone. His guests every weekend are the most compelling Clairvoyants, Futurists, and Astrologers. Listen to Mike six nights every week Saturday to Thursday from 8 until 12 midnight.

We offer comprehensive, extended news coverage from The Smooth Radio Newsroom for the most important stories and times of the day, including the recent opening and subsequent fiasco of Heathrow Terminal 5, the pre-amble to London’s Mayoral Elections, and the Camden Market fire.

Along with popular early morning host Graham Dene, one of the Capital’s best known and regarded news names Sandy Warr, is now a firm favourite on the Smooth Radio Breakfast Show (Monday to Friday 6AM-9AM).
