Millions of Londoners have been waking up with Sandy for far more years than she would care to admit to!!

Sandy began with vague ambitions of being on the stage – but journalism beckoned and she eventually launched into a radio career.

Over the years Sandy has worked on radio and television –on everything from agony phone-in shows, quiz programmes, music shows, even documentaries from the front line in Iraq. She has appeared on the Today programme, Sky News, Five Live, live from a boat on the River Thames during the boat race, the Berlin Wall as it was coming down, and was the very first voice on air during the historic UK Radio Aid programme, when the industry came together to raise funds after the Tsunami.

Along the way she has picked up British and international awards for her work and shared a studio with some of the best ( and the worst ) in the business –you can guess which is which.

Sandy also lectures in presenting at City and Westminster Universities and is a Master practitioner in NLP and works as a life coach and consultant.

Her passions include Spurs, golf, keeping fit, her cat and cooking – but not necessarily in that order.
